HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DETAILS

Ways Hospitality (Federico Spina) collects only the details you give us through this website: for enquiries, your name, venue, email address and message; for recruitment, your venue's details and the role, or your profile if you're looking for work.

We use them only to reply to you, arrange calls, run searches for venues and match candidates with roles. We don't sell your details. We use a few tools to run the business, such as Aruba (website and email) and Google (documents).

If you send us your profile, we share it with a venue only after we've talked to you about that specific role.

Data you send us for an audit, such as rosters, sales and payroll summaries, is kept in a private folder and deleted when the work ends, unless you ask us to keep it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: info@wayshospitality.it
