I'm Federico Spina. I've worked in operations and management roles in restaurants, cocktail bars and high-volume venues in Italy, the UK and Australia.
Operations, staff management, P&L, front of house, reservations, training and SOPs are my day-to-day. Ways Hospitality turns that experience into systems, people and numbers that work for your venue.

QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK
Do you need to visit my venue?No. We work remotely, with video calls, shared documents and your own data. Site visits are available on request.
Where do I start?With a discovery call. Most venues then start with an operational audit and add systems, training or monthly advisory only if they need them.
Is it only about labour cost?No. We look at the whole operation: systems, service standards, staff management and the numbers behind them.
Which systems do you work with?Anything that exports to Excel or CSV: rostering tools like Deputy or 7shifts, your POS, and booking systems like OpenTable.
How does recruitment work?Tell us who you need. We publish the role, screen candidates and introduce the best matches. You pay a fee only when you hire.
I'm looking for work. Can you help?Yes. Send us your profile on the Jobs page. We'll call you and put you forward only for roles that fit, with your OK.
Is my data safe?We ask for exports without staff names where possible, keep them in a private folder and delete them when the work ends.
Do you check pay compliance?No. If something looks off, we'll flag it so you can check it with a local payroll specialist.
